He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Curtis and Fern Curtis (Shields); and his daughter Stacey Curtis. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Knupp; his daughter Angie Manley (Rich) of Lima; his grandchildren, Ali Manley, Alyssa Manley and Keaton Manley; and his siblings, Larry Curtis (Barb) of Lima, Karen Curtis of Lima and Deb Wildermuth of St. Marys.
Attendance will be restricted at the funeral and visitation based on space to accommodate social distancing requirements.
