With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Downer of Ada, Ohio, born in Columbus, Ohio, who passed away on November 7, 2020 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Andrew and Elizabeth Downer (Dempsey); and his wife Anita L. Sheeley.
Attendance will be restricted at the funeral and visitation based on space to accommodate social distancing requirements.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
