Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Philip R Quattrocchi of Ada, Ohio, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away at the age of 91, on February 17, 2021. He was predeceased by: his parents, Andre Quattrocchi and Jennie Quattrocchi (Lanza); and his wife Betty E. Tarr. He is survived by: his daughters, Christine Sutcliffe (David) of Westlake and Nancy Sanford of Delaware; and his brother Tony Quattrocchi of Baltimore. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
Attendance will be restricted at the funeral and visitation based on space to accommodate social distancing requirements.
