Nils Riess Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 11, 2023, at the age of 75, Nils Riess of Ada, Ohio passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Nils Riess to pay them a last tribute.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Riess (Cokinda); his daughters, Amanda Riess of Ada and Stephanie Van Atta (Royce) of Ada; and his grandchildren, Nilsson Van Atta and Pepin Van Atta.
In 2014, his contributions to the arts were recognized with the dedication of the main stage in the Freed Center at Ohio Northern university as, "The Nils and Susan Riess Stage.".
