She was predeceased by: her parents, Wheeler Webb and Lucy Webb (Snipes); her son Tom Prater; and her siblings, Earl Webb, Gene Webb and Maymie Wells.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Prater of Dunkirk, Larry Prater (Karen) of Bellefontaine and Pam Ark (Thomas) of DeGraff; and her daughter-in-law Debbie Prater of McGuffey. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
