He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin N. Amburgey and Ethel G. Amburgey (Sizemore); and his sister Martha Sue Amburgey. He is survived by: his children, Stephen Amburgey (Chrisleann) of Dallas, Erin Sood (Paul) of Dallas, TX and Jennifer Oakley (Guy) of London, England; his stepsons, Jason Minich (Ursula) and Nathan Minich (Chris); his girlfriend Wilma Parker; and his brother John A. Amburgey (Patricia) of Ada. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
