She was predeceased by: her father Forrest Maxson; her husband Norman J. Rex; and her sisters, Pearl Long and Joan Crow. She is survived by: her children, Sylvia Jurcak (Ron) of Burton, Valerie Hall (Jamie) of Ada, Clinton Rex (Tracy) of Marietta, GA and Kevin Rex of Ottawa; and her grandchildren, Jessica Jurcak, Andrew Jurcak, Noelle Thielman (Mike), Ethan Hall, Kyle Rex, Nate Hall and Colin Rex.
