She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Jewell and Ruth Elizabeth Sutherland (Woodard). She is survived by: her children, Debra Barnes (Rick) of Lakeview, OH and Tobin Clark (Ellen) of Columbus, OH; her grandchildren, Eric Barnes (Kelli), Trevor Barnes (Trisha), Morgan Barnes, Corey Clark and Carmen Knott (Tommy); her great grandchildren, Cole Barnes, Blake Barnes, Carson Barnes, Bailey Barnes and Braden Barnes; her brother-in-law Kent Jeffers of Mt. Victory, OH; and her cousin Marcella Woodard of Mt. Victory, OH.. She is also survived by dog club. Joyce had a passion for family and friends, western art, horses, dogs.
