He was predeceased by: his sisters, Pauline Bussinger and Dorothy Bruns; and his children-in-law, Char Mankey and John Allen. He is survived by: his spouse Janice Frederick; and his children, Steve Mankey of Ada, Michael Mankey (Richanne) of Defiance, John Mankey of St. Augustine, FL and Pat Allen of Myrtle Beach, SC. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Rita's Hospice of Lima.
