He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Baker and Mary Jane Baker (Montgomery); and his siblings, Pat Johnson, Marie Moore, LaVonda Shertzer and Tony Baker.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Miller; and his sons, Troy Baker of Ada, Rodney Baker of Ada, Chris Baker (Lisa) of Bellefonatine and Lance Baker of Kenton. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Alzheimer's Association.
