She was predeceased by: her parents, Irven T. Warthman and Freda M. Warthman (Ringhiser); her husband Henry C. Sleesman; and her daughter Alice Jane Sleesman. She is survived by: her children, George Sleesman (Kalua) of Ada and Carla Ann Conley (Orville) of Columbus Grove; her grandchildren, Christopher Conley (Christina), Heidi Yates Tucker (DeVon), Craig Conley (Victoria), Jeremy Sleesman (Natalie), Dr. Garrett Sleesman Spicer (Alex), Yvonne Nave (Richard), Timothy Kline, Carter Morgan and Autumn Flohr (Garin); her great grandchildren, Wyatt Yates, Whitney Yates, Nathan Conley, Beckett Sleesman, Richard Nave, Chloe Nave, Cyprus LaBrie, Hyde Heck, Edward Thomas Flohr and Hunter Conley; and her sisters, Alice Mihalus of Cuyahoga Falls, Marilyn Pratt of Texas and Carol Biller of Mt. Blanchard.
