She was predeceased by: her son William Spradlin; and her sisters, Viola Miller, Lavonne Brown and Rosie Hinds. She is survived by: her husband Paul S. Spradlin; and her children, Timothy Spradlin (Beth) of Elida, Paula Steinke (Gary) of Wapakoneta and Kimberly Spradlin of Lima. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Putnam County Homecare and Hospice.
