It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Duane Helms Sr. of Ada, Ohio, who passed away on January 15, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his daughter Monica Thornton; and his sisters, Theresa and Monica Helms. He is survived by: his children, Duane Helms, Jr. (Sarah) of Cox's Creek, KY and Misty Fearing (Wade) of North Carolina; and his sister Kaylene Evans of Ada. He is also survived by six grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Charity of the Donor's Choice.
