He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert N. Traxler and Garnetta Traxler (Kinley); his wife Myra I. Hiett; his son Ty Traxler (Heather) of Bowling Green; and his sister Bonnie Clutcher.

He is survived by: his grandsons, Andrew Traxler and Owen Traxler; and his sisters, Nancy Bolender (Ron) of Eaton and Clarice Atherholt of Upper Sandusky.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Ada High School Foundation.
