She is survived by: her spouse Leslie D. Thede; her children, Scott Thede (Denise) of Greencastle, IN and Amber Purcell (Rodney) of Indianapolis, IN; her grandchildren, Michael, Rainah, Makennah and Andrew; and her siblings, Jerry Ahrens (Margaret) of California, James Ahrens (Teresa) of Tipton, IA and Sandra Slade (Bob) of Florida.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Ada 1st United Methodist Church and/or the Roger Young Endowed Professorship at Ohio Northern University.
