He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva E. Casper and Elwanda J. Casper (Candler). He is survived by: his wife JoAnna Keller; his children, Nick Casper (Kristin) of Hilliard, Joshua Casper of Dublin, Christine Cristler (John) of Marion and Alicia Hill of Marion; and his sister Marsha Stull (Robert) of Ada. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
