He was predeceased by: his father Oxie Neeley; his wife Marjorie Barker; and his siblings, Martha Williams, Maxine Butler, J. B. Neeley and Oxie "O. C." Neeley.
He is survived by: his children, Dan Neeley, Jr. (Allis) of Harrod, Jerry Lee Neeley (Jennifer) of Huber Heights, Sandy Weaver (Marv) of Lima, Diana Smith (Robert Whitecotton) of Montague, TX and Delaree Basil (Bruce) of Harrod; and his sister Bernice Neeley. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren.
