He is survived by: his mother Pearly Stewart of Wooster; his children, Ta'Seana Kay of Wooster and Monica Hurst of Columbus; his stepchildren, Thomas McColloch of Lima, Elizabeth McColloch of Ada, Chase Caldwell of Ada and Kellie Caldwell of Ada; his brothers, Jason Yoho of Wooster and Josh Yoho (LaTonia Emmons) of Wauseon; and his fiancée Judy Caldwell of Ada.
