He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom E. Puckett and Stella J. Puckett (Wright); his wife Melba Ousley; his son Donald R. Puckett; and his sister Beatrice Bolen.
He is survived by: his daughters, Barbara Murray (Ronald) of St. Marys and Brenda Zimmerman (Robert) of Ada; and his sister Betty L. Bolen of Kenton. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, several great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Hanson-Neely-Allison Funeral & Cremation Services - Ada (311 E Lima Ave, Ada, OH 45810).
