He was predeceased by: his father Harold Brush; his son Timothy Brush; and his sister Betty Cavey. He is survived by: his children, Bobby Brush, Jr. (Debra) of Roundhead, Linda Bentley (Marvin) of Tampa, FL and Amy Brush of Kansas; his stepsons, Kenny Myers (Lisa), Steve Myers (Dorothy) and Tom Myers (Lisa); and his brother Tom Brush (Joy) of Centerville. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
