She was predeceased by: her brothers, Melvin, Paul, Bill, Robert and Dale Wagenknecht.
She is survived by: her children, Sandy Swaney (Mark), Linda Geiger (Rodney), Wendy Gaines (Josh), Kathy Henry (Tim), Paul Layman (Cindy) and Kenny Layman (Julie); and her grandchildren, Scott Miller (Lanta), Donny Geiger (Amy), Angie Fields (Andrew), Kayla Welch (Jordan), Ashley Klingler (Nathan), T. J. Hughes, Kory Layman (Mika), Dylan Layman (Rian), Sean Layman, Maddie Henry, Amber Henry and Dakota Henry. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Rita's Hospice or Zion Lutheran Church in Lafayette.
