She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Orpha J. Clark and Estella Clark (Bailey); her husband Stanley C. Anspach; her brother-in-law Kenny Halbedel; her close friend Agnes Tester (Wayne); her nieces and nephews, Sue Reese (Pete), Cindy Simon (Paul), Skip Wharton, Mike Price, Angie Caudill, Ted Halbedel (Susan), Jim Halbedel and Kelly Halbedel (Sherryl); her siblings, Gordon Clark (Velma), Dora Ann Price (Ralph) and Peggy Halbedel; and her niece Nancy Wharton.
Attendance will be restricted at the visitation based on space to accommodate social distancing requirements.
