He is survived by: his mother Debbie Vice Sibcy (Chuck) of Independence, KY; his wife Andrea Pepper Merrill; his children, Zachary Merrill, Julien Merrill and Jaden Merrill; his siblings, Chuck Merrill (Michelle), Hunter Sibcy, Indra Perry (Rodger) and Melanie Bussell (Patrick); and his parents-in-law, Jeff and Diane Pepper.
