He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Warren and Norma June Kragler, Jr. (Garrison). He is survived by: his children, Jackie Marie Kragler of Aberdeen, Ohio and Warren Timothy Kragler, Jr. of Aberdeen, Ohio; and his siblings, Norman Frederick "Rick" Kragler (Lynn) of Aberdeen, Ohio and Sue Ellen Waterfield (Randy) of Georgetown, Ohio. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
