He is survived by: his parent Thomas; his son Charles Lee Blevins; his siblings, Dakota, Charles Jr., Josh Blevins, Gracieanna, Crystal Blevins and Savanna Blevins Avalos; his grandparents, David and Anita Horsley; and his aunt Retha Polley. He is also survived by other aunts and uncles, many cousins, several nieces and nephews, and a great nephew.
