He is survived by: his children, Jamison and Candace; his mother Mary; his siblings, Eugene Rigdon, Jr. (Alice) of Seaman, Danny Rigdon (Wesia) of Maysville, Amanda Shannon (Brian) of Catlettsburg, KY, Michael Rigdon of Monroe, Ohio and Cindy Wright of Maysville, Kentucky; and his friend Pam. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and family.
