He is survived by: his wife Ronda Farley (Adkins); his children, Robert Dale Farley II of Aberdeen, Roddy Donald Farley of Manchester, Rachel Jewel Sweet (Troy) of Aberdeen and Carol Lynn Lanter (Michael) of Aberdeen, Ohio; his grandchildren, Paige Doyle (Michael), Brittany Riggins (Ian), Savannah Penrod, Dillon Scaggs-Farley, Rylan Scaggs-Farley, Sara Scaggs-Farley, Jaylan Scaggs-Farley, Emma Farley and Jacey Farley; his great grandchildren, Ashton Riggins, Swayze Doyle, Adalyn Riggins and Ramsay Doyle; and his siblings, Betty Haynes of Marion and Jimmy Farley of Bristol.
