He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Combess and Jane Whalen Combess; his sons, Louis Combess, Jr. and Michael Dale Combess; his grandson Michael Paul Combess; his stepson Butch Dermon (Gail); his brother Jimmy Combess; and his pet Mickey.
He is survived by: his wife Willa Prince Combess; his children, Molly Sparks (Junior) of Morehead, David Combess (Margina) of Morehead, Nancy White of Manchester, Linda Evans (James) of Florida and Robert Combess (Charlotte) of Munfordville, Kentucky; and his stepchildren, Cody Prince (Jaylynd) of Aberdeen and Tammy Newport (Paul) of Morehead. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 17 great- grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; and other extended family and many friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Northcutt & Son Home For Funerals, Inc. (400 Fraley Dr, Morehead, KY 40351). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
