He is survived by: his children, James Michael Wells (Kathy) of Riverside, CA and Kimberly Wells Lundergan Routt (Mike) of Lexington, KY.; his grandchildren, Allison Wells Mangiafico (Marc), Cory Wells (Christina) of California, Stacey Lundergan Emmons and Lori Lundergan Huff (Scott) of Lexington, KY.; and his great grandchildren, Madelyn, Connor, Chloe Emmons, Carly, Anniston Huff, Bridgett, Knox Wells, Aven, Easton, Cutter and Riggins Mangiafico.
In lieu of flowers, contributions appreciated for Thomson Hood Veterans Center in Wilmore KY or Aberdeen Baptist Church.
