She was predeceased by: her father Sawyer Burns; her stepfather Carlis Farris; and her brothers, Davey, Dewey and Joseph Burns.
She is survived by: her husband Jack Prather; her children, Rachel O'Neal and Jared Prather (Jamie); her stepdaughters, Tammy Swope and Jenny Prather; her siblings, Sondra Burns, Sheryl Taylor, C. D. Farris and Craig Farris; and her mother Juanita Farris. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
