He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Ray and Glenda Louise Adams (Childress); and his wife Sandra Elizabeth Adams. He is survived by: his children, Daniel Bunch of Columbus, Dale Adams, Jr. (Chelsea Jenkins) of Portsmouth, David Adams (April Warman) of Maysville, Kentucky and Elizabeth Adams (Jonathon Umsteadt) of Aberdeen, Ohio; and his brothers, Kenny Adams (Penny) of Manchester and Todd Adams (Janet) of Aberdeen, Ohio.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
During the memorial visitation, social distancing will be observed and facial coverings are required.
