He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Parks and Dorothy Conklin Parks; and his siblings, Cornelius Parks, Stoddard Parks, Charles Parks, James F. Mullinex, Herbert H. Mullinex, Cecil Mullinex and Elizabeth Mullinex.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Benton Parks of Livingston Manor, NY; his children, Mary Edwards (Neal) of Youngsville, NY and Frederick Parks of Livingston Manor, NY; his grandchildren, Matthew Edwards, Nathaniel Edwards and Amelia Edwards; and his siblings, John E. Mullinex, Tom Mullinex, Nancy Bathrich and JoAnne Musto. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
