She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Fredrerich Jacobs and Lenora Louisa Bollenbach Jacobs; and her siblings, Howard "Bud" Jacobs, Gladys Duttweiler and Edith Mackenzie.
She is survived by: her son Brian Roy LaBarr of Norfolk. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice.
