She was predeceased by: her parents, Ardus Ongaro and Josephine Cataneo Ongaro; and her husband Jerry Helmuth, Sr.. She is survived by: her sons, Jerry Helmuth, Jr. (Patricia) of Livingston Manor, NY and Gary Helmuth (Susan) of Livingston Manor, NY; her grandchildren, Jeremy Helmuth (Christina), Alyssa Arroyaue (Oscar), Jared Helmuth (Aubry), Jesse Helmuth (Alley), Shannon Helmuth and Garth Helmuth (NicoleWhitman); her great grandchildren, Gavin and Jayden; and her niece Rosemary Scala.
