He is survived by: his wife Laurene G. McKenna; his children, Edward T. McKenna (Karen) of West Hurley, NY, Robert McKenna (Terri) of Plattsburgh, NY, Laurene M. McKenna-Menges (James) of Jeffersonville, NY and Katherine A. Burmaster (David) of Delmar, NY; his sisters, Clare Doran of The Villages, FL and Agnes M. Black of Melville, NY; and his grandchildren, Edward, Ryan, Connor, Anne, Faith, Mae McKenna and Isabella Burmaster. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, August 29th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Harris Funeral Home - Liberty (115 West St, Liberty, NY 12754). A Mass was held on Friday, August 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi Roman Catholic Church (4020 NY-52, Holmes, NY 12531).

Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Youngsville, NYMemorial contributions in Edward's name may be made to St. Francis Church, PO Box 672, Jeffersonville, NY 12748, the Youngsville Volunteer Fire Department, 1822 Shandelee Road, Youngsville, NY 12791 or to the Jeffersonville Volunteer First Aid Corps, 49 Callicoon Center Road, Jeffersonville, NY 12748.
