He is survived by: his mother Peggy Wells Earle of Apex, NC; his son Jared Malone of West Milford, NJ; his stepson Zackary Roberts of Fredonia, NY; and his siblings, Tammi Malone of Apex, NC, Lisa Malone of Hollywood, FL, Robert Malone of Angier, NC and John Earle of Siler City, NC. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
