He was predeceased by: his parents, Mahlon, I Cuttler and Eunice L. Scott Cuttler; his wife Sandra L. Cuttler; and his daughter Christina Rose Cuttler. He is survived by: his children, Susie Cuttler of Youngsville, NY, Mahlon Cuttler (Anita) of Bloomingburg, NY and Tink Cuttler of Wallkill, NY; and his sister Eva Murns of Monticello, NY. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
