He was predeceased by: his parent Louis Casale. He is survived by: his parent Teresa Casale (Olivo); his spouse Carol Congi; his children, Elizabeth Casale and Richard L. Casale; his stepdaughter Tina Belter (Mark); his brother Frank Casale; and his child Florence Casale. He is also survived by two grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
