He was predeceased by: his brothers, Bernard E. (late Ann Marie), Gerald F. Stack (Kirsten) and Paul Stack. He is survived by: his wife Rose Marie Stack (Friona) of Joseph's Church; and his children, Maura Stack-Duge (Ken), John Stack, Garrett Stack, Kevin Stack (Tamar) and Thomas Stack (Lisa). He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Memorial offerings may be made to Roswell Park Cancer Institute or the Niagara Hospice House.
