He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Barbara Eberhardt, Anthony Arico, Eva and Luciano Ruta; and his father-in-law Don Duke.
He is survived by: his parents, Patricia Ruta of Amherst, NY and Aldo Ruta (Dian) of Lewiston, NY.; his son Christian; his wife Melissa Ruta; his sister Andrea Kozlowski (Mike); his nephew Andrew Kozlowski; his niece Eva Kozlowski; and his in-laws, Maurine and George Brown. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and countless friends.
