He was predeceased by: his parent Donald Madonia; and his grandparents, Andrew Madonia and Mary Madonia. He is survived by: his parent Judy Madonia (Pease); his wife Lorrina Madonia (Kostuk); his daughter Nalina Rose Madonia; his sisters, Dana Blake (Timothy) and Leona Mendiola; his grandmother Lillian Pease (late Robert); his parents-in-law, Angela Kostuk and Wayne Kostuk; and his friends, Robert Brown and Brian Wallas. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
