She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Smith and Florence Smith; her husband Joseph F. Loughran; and her son Gary Loughran (Sue). She is survived by: her children, Virginia Payne (Warren), Jack Loughran, Joseph Loughran (Deborah), Mary Ann Frick (James), Kevin Loughran (late Michelle), Thomas Loughran (Darcy) and Martin Loughran (Margaret).
