He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph DeFazio and Barbara DeFazio (Cristelli). He is survived by: his wife Bernice A. DeFazio (Turchan); and his siblings, Barbara Ann Skorownski (late Robert), Garren DeFazio (Tom Priano) and David DeFazio (Sandra). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to St. Raphael Parish or Northgate Facilities Hospice Unit.
