He was predeceased by: his parent Ludwik Rybka; and his siblings, Stanley, Tony, Edwin, Joe, Joey, Jessie Slivinski and Mary Rybka.
He is survived by: his parent Domicela Rybka (Mach); his spouse Lorraine (Buczek); his children, Debbie Vivacqua (Frank) of Yorkville, Bill (Lisa Orr), Whitesboro and David; his grandchildren, Kim (Pedro), Lori, Becki Vivacqua, Billy, Julie and Mark Louis Rybka; his sister Bertha Swierat of Yorkville; and his siblings-in-law, Jean Rybka, Yorkville Rybka, Stella Rybka, Sharon Gadziala and Tom Gadziala of New Hartford.
