She was predeceased by: her parents, Gino Lucadamo and Phylis Lucadamo; her brothers, Gino Lucadamo and Richard; and her sister-in-law Audrey Lucadamo.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Schmutzer (Michael) of Yorktown Heights and Tom Carbone (Ginger) of Marietta, Georgia.; her grandchildren, James, Brandon (Caprice), Kirsten, Vinton (Carli) and Tommy (Kaitlyn); her great grandchild Theo; her brother Bobby Lucadamo; and her sister-in-law Renee Lucadamo.
Instead of flowers it was mom's wish that donations be made to either The National Organization for Rare Disorders (NORD) or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
