She was predeceased by: her daughter Meagan Blackmore; and her parents, Mary Jane and Nicholas Fortunato. She is survived by: her siblings, Veronica Fortunato Martone (Jeffrey Martone), Clare Lerin (Bob), Sheila R. Fortunato and Joey Fortunato; her children, Moe Blackmore (Emily Hess Blackmore), Daniel Blackmore and Timothy Blackmore; her nephew Jagger Fortunato; her aunt Lilian; her cousins, Lisa, Lori, Michael and Anthony; and her nieces and nephews, Sara Blackmore Tate (Steve), Isla Tate, Jackie Blackmore, Claire Blackmore LoPardo (Nick), Sadie LoPardo, Milo LoPardo and Brian Blackmore. She is also survived by 50 nieces, great-nieces, nephews, and great-nephews and their parents.
