She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Saverio Boffoli and Anna Boffoli; her husband Gerard D'Agnese; her children, Dr. Joseph D'Agnese, Dr. Gerard D'Agnese, Anna Marie D'Agnese and Nicholas D'Agnese; and her siblings, Terry Lozupone and William Boffoli. She was also cherished by her ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
