She was predeceased by: her husband John G. Foulkes Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Jane Kuehn (Eric) and Carrie Silbernagel (John); her grandchildren, Emily Kuehn Eustler, Alex Kuehn (Melissa) and Elizabeth Silbernagel; her great grandchild Bradley Eustler; her brother Dave; and her sister-in-law Mary. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
