With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James C. Parent of Yorktown Heights, New York, who passed away on January 1, 2025 at the age of 72. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James C. Parent to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Parent and Gladys Richards Parent. He is survived by: his wife Miriam Stark Parent; his brother Gerald W. Parent; his son Tim (Colleen); his grandsons, Elliot and Andrew Parent; his daughter Jenny (Stephen); and his grandchildren, Schuyler Uyterlinde, Julia, Patrick and Lily Meudt.

Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the First Baptist Church of Westerlo (618 NY-143, Westerlo, NY 12193). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Camp Pinnacle, or the Westerlo Baptist Church Camper Scholarships will be appreciated.
