She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas O'Connell and Catherine O'Connell; her husband Paul Perdick; her children, Peggy Perdick and Eugene; and her brother Thomas O'Connell.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Dering, Nancy Jean McHugh and Jimmy Perdick; and her grandchildren, Felix, Matthew, Keri, Joseph and Gregory. She is also survived by her three great-grandchildren.
